I tried to influence how people, and especially young people, view the automotive business. I wanted to run a repair shop. In addition, I wanted to support women to become technicians and executives in the car body restoration sector. I wanted to encourage more young people to enter the profession. So, now I am here helping to develop the next generation of automotive leaders, as I believe they will make a positive impact on the industry.”
